DAXMA present their second album “Unmarked Boxes," an intimate work of conscientious introspection inspired by and named for the 13th century Rumi poem. Their last EP, “Ruins Upon Ruins,” wove through bleak atmospherics and monolithic power, and was called "an emotional, darkly delicate and starkly beautiful post-doom record" by Angry Metal Guy. The towering and ambitious "Unmarked Boxes" explores themes of grief and hope through crushingly heavy guitar tones, layered orchestration and lush melodies.
